Andrew Marshman BSc (Hons), MSc (Chiro), D.C.
Andrew is a 2001 graduate from the Anglo-European College of Chiropractic in Bournemouth, gaining both his Bachelors and Masters degrees. Andrew has since accumulated a wealth of experience in the management and treatment of back pain working at Chiropractic clinics in Dorset, Somerset and Yorkshire. Andrew originates from Brecon in South Wales but after marrying Louise in 2003, who herself is from North Cave near Hull; he moved and has settled in the area. He now has two young daughters to keep him busy when not at work.
Andrew has a keen interest in sport, gaining a BSc (Hons) in Physical Education & Sports Science at the world renowned Loughborough University. He captained the Welsh Cross Country team as a junior athlete and currently plays squash for Selby in the York and District Squash League.
It was through his participation in sport that Andrew developed an interest in Chiropractic. During his teens he used Chiropractic to treat any injuries that he developed and to maximise his sporting performance. Although his original interest stemmed from his sporting participation, it is general practice and helping local people that has given Andrew the most satisfaction over the years. Andrew’s aim is to relieve a patient’s pain and then to restore normal function as soon as possible in order that they can go about their lives pain free.
